Diet Update Week 1

One week down and I have lost.... 2.5 lbs!!!! I am super excited! I tested on the same scale exactly one week before. I just checked and my bmi is now at 22.7! Go me!!

I have been eating much better, cokes & wine only on the weekends (maybe a glass of wine during a rough weekday, ya'll know I am a wino! Ha!) Plus for breakfast I have been eating those Jimmy Dean light breakfasts, lunches I am only eating Healthy Choice Complete Meals, and for dinner I cook a healthy meal complete with yummy veggies. I also stopped drinking coffee & started drinking Cranergy and water for the rest of the day.

For exercise, I do 50 crunches, 100 leg lifts, & run on our treadmill for 10-15 minutes. All in all, I am pleased with how I did the first week! I have one week left before VaCaY & you know I won't be sticking to my diet in a world of real Southwestern foods!! Ha! Will check back in next Sunday night (if possible, we'll be driving most of the day). Have a great week!

Btw, Yes I changed my background yet again, but I found this one and just loved it. Plus there's still a month until July 4th, so I am sure it will go back to the red, white, & blue background in a few weeks! I wanted a summery feel and I think I got it! Sure it will only last for a few weeks! HaHa!
