Oh How I Hate Diets!

And so my diet starts…

I realized getting into a swim suit this weekend that it is necessary for me to start dieting and working out again. I know I am not overweight, just don’t like my figure at the moment. So as of June 1, I have stopped drinking coffee & cokes, started eating much lighter at breakfast & lunch, and started running on my treadmill in my game room on a daily basis. I am hoping it starts working asap so I look just a little bit better by our vacation. I will keep a weekly post on Monday mornings on how it’s going and if I end up cheating at all! Haha!

My BMI 23.2 which is still in the normal range but not by much! Will post again next Monday.
