Something New & Quite Painful

On Saturday morning I went with some friends and tried something new for me. RPM class. It's a biking class by Les Mills that's a 45 minutes class of intense bike riding.
 
It had me realizing a few things about myself. I'm not as in shape as I should be, but I'm getting there! And the main thing it taught me is how badly your ass can hurt for DAYS. When we got finished with the class we all were saying how badly our legs and butt were burning & I sure felt it all weekend. It's a great 45 minute class that flies by and the only advice I can give you is remember to bring a towel cause ya gonna need it!
 
It's now become our "group class" and there's around 5 of us that take up the whole back row every Saturday morning! It's so much fun to be able to workout with friends and have a blast while getting fit! Welcome to my Saturday mornings!
