I'm gonna be real honest with you here... last week was a bitch & I completely blew off the eating healthy/no alcohol kick I've been on.
I had really bad days last week, forgot my inhalers for the gym, but still ran none the less. Thank goodness I did because I seriously ate like crap all weekend. And was exhausted almost daily on top of it... mainly due to the terrible food I was feeding myself.
We all have those weeks/days/years that kick us when we're down, but don't let it get to you. Get back up, dust yourself off, and get back to the gym. Get back on the clean eating & no alcohol (or whatever you're doing to get healthier)
I'm not doing this to become skinny, because skinny isn't beautiful to me.
What's beautiful is tone & some muscle definition.
What's beautiful is a Mom who pushes herself to work her ass off and is an image for her children of what healthy is.
