Workout Wednesday

This week's Workout Wednesday is mainly just for me.
(Although if it speaks to you, then yay!)
Here's my biggest problem when I run is I hit a wall around 2 or 2.5 miles.
I feel like my lungs want to burst and that my legs are lead.
Sometimes I give in and stop but most time I think let me just try another quarter mile.
Let me just push myself a little more. It might kill me right now, but it's worth it in the end!
Same thing when I hit the weights. Squats, push ups, crunches, I always push myself to just do 10 more. We can all do 10 more right?!
Gosh I hope so! Ha!
