Last Wednesday my friend Kellie got me to try a new class. Of course I was excited to try it, but we decided to run before the class started. So I did 3 miles (she's faster than me and did 4 damn girl! Ha!) and then we went to the class.
It's called CX Works
It's only a 30 minute class & trust me that's all you need. It's pretty hardcore and works your entire body! Maybe because we were already somewhat tired from running, or maybe because the class kicked our asses, but we both were sore for days!!

It's definitely a tough class, but we've decided every Wednesday night we're going to run then hit the CX Works class. Help build muscle before vacays start!
