Workout Wednesday

I freakin love this! 
We all need motivation sometimes! 
Look I ran 4.5 miles last Saturday morning which I was excited about, but haven't ran again. 
(I'm running today and doing the CX Works class!) 
I ate like shit & didn't workout or run on Sunday and Monday due to being lazy & the holiday, but it's time to get back to it and get my ass working out again. 
I have less than 2 weeks before I'm laying on a beach in SPI so it's definitely needed! 

Get up, get your ass in gear, & work out!
