Running

How true those words are!
If y'all know me by now, you know my love for running. 
I've been running for the last 2 years and don't plan on stopping.

But here's the thing.

RUNNING SUCKS.

It tears up your feet, legs... body.

Yes I lost a crap ton of weight running, 
but I also gained shin splints, a bum knee, horrible ankles,
not to mention how many muscles I've pulled along the way.

I keep running because I'm addicted to it.
Even after a short run you just automatically FEEL BETTER.
You're exhausted, yes, but also proud that you go out there.

I wish I was able to run in the mornings, 
but with my work schedule that's out of the question. 
So I run in the heat & the sun beating down.
I carry a big bottle of water during it,
and finished the whole bottle before I finish my run.

But I refuse to quit running.
I refuse to give up on something I love.
So I'll keep being insane and running, 
because that's what I love to do.
